Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative individual to provide coordination and administrative support to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. This role will play a key part in helping the team execute change, engagement, and training initiatives efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support logistics for various OCM-led sessions and events, including:
  • Scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Preparing materials and communications
  • Supporting meeting execution (e.g., recording, notetaking, surveys)
  • Assisting with follow-up activities and documentation
  • Assist with refining presentation materials and supporting content development for leadership and team meetings
  • Coordinate the collection and formatting of team updates and reports; assist with distribution and version control
  • Support regular project plan updates in collaboration with OCM leads and the OCM Project Manager
  • Run standard reports and assist with basic data visualization and messaging
  • Maintain distribution lists and assist with communications logistics for various initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline coordination and administrative tasks
  • Provide general support across OCM workstreams as needed, helping manage timelines and competing priorities

Ideal Candidate

  • Someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience in project coordination, internal communications, or change support is preferred.
