You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to identify meaningful performance indicators, support quality assurance efforts, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for operational, service delivery, and regulatory reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provides analytical support and creates reports/dashboards to inform decision-making processes, ensuring data-driven strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Using modern database and business intelligence tools, provides consultative and analytical support through the provision of Performance Agreements, operational, clinical, and ad-hoc operations reports and dashboards to support evidence-based decision-making and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Meets with partners to collaborate on requirements and analysis including definitions, variances, and interpretation of complex data.
  • Analyzes, interprets, consults, presents, and makes recommendations on data availability/feasibility to track success of projects/initiatives.
  • Provides periodic (daily, monthly quarterly, yearly) reports for business units to be able to review performance and monitor measures on an on-going basis.
  • Supports and collaborates with the Business Intelligence Team to contribute data quality improvements and expertise for operational, clinical, aviation, and organizational reports.
  • Develops and maintains metrics, algorithms, and process flows for operational data quality and assists departments with maintaining data quality through the development of reports/dashboards.
  • Assists with recommendations in automation improvements, as well as with systems, process-change/system design changes in relationship to data quality and efficiency.
  • Ensures all documentation for reports/dashboards are kept up to date.
  • Identifies and corrects any errors or misalignment with code and documentation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of experience working with large data sets, data analytics, working with BI and reporting tools.
  • Intermediate level user within SQL environment, Power BI, SSRS, etc.
  • Certification or strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL, SSRS, SSMS, and SSIS and Power BI.
