The Vice President, Digital Governance leads the enterprise-wide governance framework that ensures Certis’ digital platforms, infrastructure and data assets are secure, compliant and transformation-ready. The role oversees architecture governance (business, data, application, infrastructure and security), ITSM practices, multi-cloud operations and identity access management. It ensures that technology decisions are aligned with business outcomes, regulatory requirements and Certis’ AI-driven transformation agenda. This role plays a critical part in building a trusted, resilient and cost-effective IT foundation enabling the organisation to innovate responsibly while safeguarding operations and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:


Digital & Enterprise Governance (Architecture)

  • Define and enforce governance frameworks across business, data, application, infrastructure and security domains.
  • Align technology investments and initiatives with business strategy and regulatory obligations.
  • Chair governance forums and provide assurance for major transformation programmes.


Infrastructure & ITSM Practices (Operations)

  • Oversee governance of infrastructure operations across data centres, networks and multi-cloud environments.
  • Drive adoption of ITIL-aligned ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release).
  • Establish dashboards for performance, cost efficiency and service resilience.
  • Promote automation, monitoring and observability to ensure operational reliability.


Security & Compliance Oversight (Operations)

  • Govern digital security operations including threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure multi-cloud security posture and zero-trust principles are consistently applied.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity teams to align governance with SOC, SIEM and regulatory frameworks.


Identity & Access Governance (Architecture)

  • Oversee Active Directory (AD) and IAM frameworks for enterprise-wide access governance.
  • Implement SSO, MFA and RBAC for secure and seamless access.
  • Integrate IAM/AD governance with ITSM and security operations for holistic oversight.


Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement (Architecture, Operations)

  • Collaborate with GTO leadership, business units, regulators and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Mentor and lead a team specialising in architecture, infrastructure, IAM and digital security operations.
  • Foster a culture of responsible innovation that balances compliance discipline with business agility.


Skills & Experience

  • 12–15 years of experience in digital governance, enterprise architecture, infrastructure and security oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT and ITIL.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Security standards
  • Proven track record in multi-cloud governance (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise-scale IAM/AD.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, SOC/SIEM practices, DevSecOps and zero-trust models.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills including engagement with regulators and partners.
