We are looking for Project Manager who will be the vital link between our project delivery capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment of our software features. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical, have excellent time management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and clients. Being able to structure and design a system with consistent consideration from user’s perspective, and aligning the deliverables to those objectives within timeline is critical. We need you to be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee.

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
• End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
• Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
• Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
• Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
• Develop a high performance working culture
• Establish and monitor team members KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency in the teams
• Able to engage our business users in a positive manner so that project huddles can be overcome and solutions can be implemented

Requirements

• More than 4 years of working experience as a project manager in strategy, investment and/or technology domains, with proven records in implementing and deploying solutions into production.
• Experience running projects independently while managing an internal development team.
• Proven working experience running projects with agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban preferred)
• Preferred to have working experience within the Fintech / Trading / Crypto space. Or ability to show cases strong domain knowledge in building Fintech related projects/systems.
• Experience of running projects with Jira cloud and confluence software
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Chinese language for business communication needs
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
• Having working experience within the trading, financial, crypto industry is preferred.
• Having domain knowledge in blockchain technologies, capital markets technology and financial payments technology would be advantageous.
