Client introduction
My client is a leading global data-centre operator. The team monitors and supports 24/7 mission-critical sites, keeping customers online and informed.
Job responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 network & customer support: answer calls/tickets, triage, update customers, and escalate when needed.
- Monitor data-centre alarms (power, cooling, network) and do basic troubleshooting; escalate to Tier-2/3 when required.
- Send incident/maintenance/advisory notifications and keep clear, real-time documentation.
- Support the data-centre network environment and work closely with on-site/remote teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Job requirements
- At least 1 year in a NOC/GNOC/Command Center or tech support role; data-centre background is important.
- Basic knowledge of data-centre infrastructure and network troubleshooting.
- Nice to have: Ticketing tools; experience in a global operations setup.
