GetInsured is the leading provider for state-based marketplace technology with more experience than any technology provider transitioning states off healthcare.gov and implementing exchanges. We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Java development, Spring framework, web services using REST/SOAP, SQL databases, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our talented team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
- Implement/maintain web services using REST/SOAP protocols
- Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-4 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
- Proficiency in SOAP web services and related protocols
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
