What You Will Learn

The Assistant Manager is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders in the process of recruiting and filling open positions transversally across Marketing, Digital, and Commercial. You will learn how to recruit and manage top talents for L’Oréal key position succession planning needs, provide the upmost Candidate Experience journey from end to end, and demonstrate superior communication to your business partners with a larger goal of enhancing L’Oréal’s attractiveness as an employer. This position requires an individual capable of juggling high volume recruitment, making decisions in ambiguous situations, superior problem solving, and composure in a dynamic fast paced and changing environment. The Assistant Manager will be the primary point of contact for candidates and business partners at all levels of seniority and must be experienced and adept at managing Executive level interaction.

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred
  • 2-5 years of Corporate Recruitment or HR experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and high requisition volumes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills
  • Sound decision-making skills, hands-on work style and strong influencing skills
  • Highly organized team player with ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quick turnaround environment that is highly collaborative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis

Additional Benefits Information As Follows

Salary Range: $84,500-$120,400 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
