Python Engineer

This is an in-person role at the Dnipro office working with a seasoned technical team.

Back-end Developer (Middle–Senior) – Onsite | Dnipro

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• Solid knowledge of Django
• Strong understanding of class-based OOP principles
• Proficient in web technologies (HTTP protocol, client/server architecture)
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Confident working with SQL and relational databases
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
• Willingness to discuss high-level details with the business team, urge to suggest enhancements to products

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Linux, DevOps tools, Nginx, and K8s
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS)
• Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry and others)
• Familiarity with Celery and Celery Beat
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with Redis and other caching systems
• Skilled in unit testing and refactoring
• Understanding of software design principles such as DRY and SOLID
