Revenue Grid is a revenue intelligence platform that helps businesses identify and prevent revenue leaks at any stage of the revenue generation process. About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Owner who deeply understands the product lifecycle in cloud-based B2B SaaS, but more importantly -someone who can simplify customer workflows by strategically implementing AI-powered features that deliver intuitive, value-driven experiences.

This role is for someone who can own impact, translate complexity into simplicity, and guide a cross-functional team to ship products that matter.

Examples of AI-first initiatives you’ll work on:

  • Designing an AI Chat assistant to deliver smart, contextual assistance that transforms user workflows and elevates the customer experience.
  • Building automatic pipeline insights that detect risks and recommend next actions.
  • Designing copilot features that guide managers through deal stages with AI-generated suggestions.


Your responsibilities

  • Drive the discovery and delivery of intelligent product features, including AI-enhanced assistants, automated insights, and contextual workflows that improve user experience and decision-making.
  • Own and evolve product analytics capabilities, ensuring data-driven prioritization, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of feature usage.
  • Design and refine workflows and use cases tailored to the financial sector, aligning product functionality with industry-specific needs and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape and prioritize a value-driven roadmap.
  • Ensure all backlog items are AI-first by design – not as an add-on, but as a principle.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria with AI-driven use cases in mind.
  • Build system diagrams, personas, and track success through dashboards.
  • Translate research and user feedback into elegant UX with the design team.
  • Promote an automation-first mindset across engineering, CS, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define value and messaging.


What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years as a Product Owner/Manager in a B2B product company.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, especially in enterprise automation (CRM/Salesforce).
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in highly regulated industries such as Finance, Insurance, or Life Sciences is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in building internal copilots, autonomous agents, or AI-integrated workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with product analytics – setting events, dashboards, and validating metrics.
  • Experience in Big Data or data-heavy products is a plus.
  • Familiar with MVP thinking and hypothesis validation frameworks.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning outcomes.
  • Fluent in English.
