Position: Junior Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Providing support to senior team members in managing legal matters and supervising Group transactions and projects
• Conducting legal research on regulatory issues, licensing, and approvals across different jurisdictions
• Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes affecting the Group’s operations, particularly in areas like fintech and data privacy, and ensuring the ongoing compliance
• Drafting and reviewing various corporate documents and agreements (e.g., charters, shareholder minutes, NDAs, service agreements, etc.)
• Participating in the development of policies and procedures for the Group’s companies
• Preparing legal memoranda, summaries, and opinions 
• Handling customer and authority claims, as required.
• Organizing and maintaining the Group’s corporate records and documentation
• Performing other legal tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university 
• Minimum of 2 yearі of proven legal experience
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of tax law, intellectual property law, or licensing law is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
