This is not a maintenance role, it is an opportunity to design, build, and deliver technology that transforms the way the business operates. You will partner closely with FinOps, treasury, middle-office, and front-office teams to eliminate inefficiencies, automate complex workflows, and replace outdated systems with powerful in-house solutions.

Your work will have a direct, visible impact on the firm's trading, risk, and operational performance.

You will bring at least 5 years of C# and JavaScript development in Middle Office operations. This technology team is small – currently made up of 4 developers – so you will need to be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking full responsibility for delivering impactful solutions in a fast-moving environment.

This is a global investment manager that specialises in the credit spectrum, with a particular focus on European markets. Salary is up to £120k base + discretionary bonus.
