Propel are partnering with an innovative SaaS-platform company that specialises in supercharging productivity for sales professionals around the globe.

Over the last 12 months they've been through significant growth, and are expanding their product team and hiring for a Product Manger to support them in launching new modules, integrating AI-powered tools & support with identifying and diversifying into alternative markets.

Title: Product Manager

Experience Level: 1–2 years

Salary: £50–60k + package

Candidate Requirements

• Must have startup or scale-up experience – able to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
• Track record of owning features/products independently.
• Experience with SaaS products (preferably B2B).
• Instinctive and proactive – able to make decisions quickly and adjust direction when needed.
• Strong communicator, especially with cross-functional teams and external clients.

Ideally has experience in:

• SaaS, sales, or customer support platforms
• Tools similar to Intercom
• Web-based applications

Ideal Attributes

• Curious, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
• Excited about AI and emerging tech.
• Not afraid of imperfection – believes in fast learning through release.
• Thinking ahead of the current roadmap

Location & Working Pattern

• London-based or easily commutable to London
• Hybrid working – typically in the office 2 days per week (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
• Office located in central London
