We're seeking a Agile Coach in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our public sector client.
- please note, this is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week
As an Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in embedding agile practices and rhythms within the Target Operating Model (TOM) programme. Your hands-on coaching and guidance will support leaders and workstream teams to take ownership of delivery, shift from design into outcome-focused delivery, and foster a test-and-learn mindset.
You Will
- Embed agile practices and rhythms, such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Provide hands-on guidance during early sprints to build confidence, consistency, and sustainability within the programme team
- Coach senior leaders on accountability and prioritisation
- Tailor agile practices to fit the departmental context, focusing on value delivery rather than process
- Extensive experience in embedding agile ways of working in large, complex programmes
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams and leaders through the change
- Ability to adapt agile practices pragmatically to suit the client's needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A flexible, outcome-focused approach that prioritises value delivery over rigid process
