Midas is pioneering the future of asset tokenization by offering exposure to institutional-grade securities and structured products onchain – accessible, global, and compliant. Co-founded by Dennis Dinkelmeyer (Goldman Sachs) and serial entrepreneur Fabrice Grinda (FJLabs, OLX), Midas aims to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance.


Since launching in October 2024, Midas has grown to over $1 billion in total value locked (TVL) across its range of investment products, reflecting strong product-market fit and demand. The company raised a $9m seed round from top-tier investors including BlockTower, Framework Ventures, Coinbase Ventures and others – and is scaling its go‑to‑market engine and hiring exceptional talent to accelerate distribution.


The Opportunity


As Growth Lead based in London, you will work directly with our founder, owning key partnerships and driving distribution across exchanges, crypto wallets, fintechs and asset managers. This is a high‑leverage, externally facing role for a hands‑on operator who can turn signal into results and unlock growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead first and second partner calls; qualify, scope, and prioritize opportunities while filtering out noise
  • Prepare materials and run early‑stage partner conversations; escalate strategically to CEO/senior leadership when needed
  • Ensure structured follow-ups, tracking, and momentum in the pipeline
  • Map and proactively pursue high-value distribution channels (exchanges, crypto wallets, fintechs)
  • Maintain momentum across the pipeline with structured follow‑ups, rigorous tracking, and clear next steps.
  • Map, prioritize, and proactively pursue distribution channels with a focus on revenue impact.
  • Support complex, multi‑stakeholder deals end‑to‑end and learn the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships.
  • Support internal knowledge management by maintaining and expanding our CRM documentation

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of work experience in Business Development, Growth or Partnerships at a crypto, fintech or SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of crypto and DeFi market structure, counterparties, and distribution dynamics
  • Knowledge and established presence on Crypto Twitter, with a substantial following preferred
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor, excellent at CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and process design
  • Diligent, proactive, and highly organized style of working
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly motivated, ownership mindset and the ability to self-organize
  • Based in London and preferably able to start asap
