What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce?

You'll be placed on-site with one of our clients, working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:

• Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation
• Managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers
• Helping to define scope, break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks
• Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning, and Agile or Waterfall methodology
  
  

As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track, ensures everyone's aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.

• A 2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree
• A passion for planning, problem-solving and people
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Adaptability and a growth mindset - you love learning and developing new skills
