What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce?
You'll be placed on-site with one of our clients, working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:
- Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation
- Managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers
- Helping to define scope, break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks
- Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning, and Agile or Waterfall methodology
What we're looking for:
- A 2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree
- A passion for planning, problem-solving and people
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Adaptability and a growth mindset - you love learning and developing new skills
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
