Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level Network Analyst to join our managed solutions team, supporting the implementation and maintenance of network environments for datacenter and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on experience in core networking technologies and demonstrate a collaborative mindset to thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support network infrastructure in datacenter and enterprise environments.
- Configure and update switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex network issues.
- Document network configurations and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network projects and migrations.
- Proven background in network engineering or administration within enterprise or datacenter settings.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP.
- Practical knowledge of VLANs, STP, trunking, and basic QoS.
- Experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco ASA).
- Familiarity with load balancers (F5, Kemp, Citrix, or similar).
- Knowledge of VPNs (IPsec), HSRP/VRRP, and troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, Wireshark).
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, or similar).
- Basic understanding of automation (Ansible or Python is a plus).
- Awareness of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- CCNA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
