The Role
We’re looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team supporting growth products for a global, multi-locale website platform. You’ll work alongside senior engineers, designers, and marketers to build performant, SEO-friendly web experiences that convert users and scale globally.
This is a hands-on development role with exposure to modern front and back-end tooling, content infrastructure, and marketing tech integrations.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Build and maintain full stack features using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Lead API integrations with CRMs, analytics, and marketing platforms.
- Implement best practices in performance, accessibility, and technical SEO.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to scope and deliver features.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues across environments.
- 3–5 years of commercial full stack development experience
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and DevOps basics.
- An understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and responsive design.
- Experience working with CMS platforms or structured content systems.
- Good written and verbal English communication across time zones.
- Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with Storyblok, Gatsby, Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG), and internationalisation and localisation.
- Interest in AI developer tooling or modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress).
- High-quality features shipped consistently, with strong attention to performance.
- Stable, testable code that contributes to platform reliability.
- Delivering strong marketing integrations between large scale CRM platforms and marketing platforms, with accurate logging to enable data accuracy.
- Comfortable ownership of tasks, with proactive communication and follow-through.
- Growing autonomy and ability to unblock peers or raise meaningful improvements.
- Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you work
- Limitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year
- $1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)!
- Psychologist on staff
- Insightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high-performing and ambitious team
- Radical Candor is a feedback approach we live by
- We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe. Most roles have the option to work from one of our many offices or remotely!
