Process Engineer
Aufgaben:- Gestaltung und Steuerung der Prozessarchitektur inkl. Prozesslandkarte, RACI/Owner-Modell und Governance
- Mitverantwortung für die CAQ-Plattform Process.net (Design, Konfiguration, Migration, Rollen- und Rechteverwaltung, Workflow-Validierung)
- Sicherstellung der Normen- und Compliance-Anforderungen (AS/EN 9100, EASA Part-21/145) in Prozessen und Nachweisen
- Integration und Abstimmung der Datenflüsse zwischen SAP S/4HANA, Success Factors & CAQ
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Change-, Trainings- und Rollout-Konzepten inkl. Train-the-Trainer
- Administrative Aufgaben im Dokumentenmanagement: Pflege von Prozess- und Dokumentenstatus, Freigaben und Lifecycle-Steuerung im QMS
- Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in BPM/BPMN und QMS-Implementierung
- Sicher in Dokumentenlenkung und Prozess-Governance gemäss QMS; Praxiserfahrung in AS/EN 9100 und EASA Part-21/145
- Kenntnisse in CAQ-Systemen (z. B. Process.net) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Ergebnisorientierung, Lernagilität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie Stakeholder-Management über Bereiche und Standorte hinweg
