Role/Title: Network Engineer and Network Solution Architect - 8-12 Years

Job Description: Network Engineer

Role Overview:

The Network Engineer will implement and support network solutions designed by the architect, focusing on configuration management, monitoring, and automation. This role will ensure operational readiness for disaster recovery and proactive service assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement network topology and configuration management solutions.
• Deploy and maintain drift detection mechanisms to ensure configuration compliance.
• Support real-time monitoring for Tier-1 services and critical network elements.
• Assist in disaster recovery drills and DaS implementation.
• Work on automation scripts and orchestration workflows for faster fault resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights for service impact analysis.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, routing, switching, and optical technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Netcool, Prometheus).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
• Understanding of incident management and fault correlation.

Job Description: Network Solution Architect

Role Overview:

The Network Solution Architect will lead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient network solutions to support real-time detection, disaster recovery, and proactive service assurance. This role will focus on defining the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enabling automation across multi-domain network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end network architecture covering topology, configuration management, and drift detection.
• Develop scalable solutions for real-time fault detection and service impact correlation across IP/MPLS, optical, and wireless domains.
• Define architecture for Disaster as a Service (DaS), Tier-1 service monitoring, and proactive/reactive assurance.
• Create high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) for automation and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define North Star architecture and Key Architecture Decisions (KADs) for phased implementation.
• Ensure compliance with TM Forum AN guidelines and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in network architecture, OSS/BSS integration, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SDN/NFV, AIOps, and network observability tools.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies, real-time monitoring, and service assurance.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor environments (e.g., Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson).
