In Argentina within the Bankinkg industry, we are seeking a Frontend Enginner (Angular) to join our team. The candidate will be a key technical reference, driving the adoption of best practices, architectural design improvements, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality in critical systems.

You will work within a collaborative development team focused on building and scaling customer experience (CX) portals. The team values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, providing you with the opportunity to make a lasting impact while mentoring others.

This is you

• 4+ years of experience in Angular (3+ years considered if expertise in other frontend frameworks).
• Proficiency in Module Federation and Lazy Loading.
• Experience with Webpack for optimization and bundling.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially CloudFront and CloudFormation (infrastructure as code is highly valued).
• Experience with caches and stores to maximize performance.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience developing customer experience (CX) portals.
• Knowledge of other frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
• Proactivity and autonomy to work in collaborative environments.
• Based on Córdoba or Buenos Aires.

This is your role

• Strategically collaborate on building and updating technical guidelines and best practices.
• Actively participate in architectural design, proposing sustainable improvements and making key decisions.
• Take responsibility for the performance, quality, and stability of critical systems.
• Lead the integration of Module Federation and the implementation of Lazy Loading techniques.
• Guide the team in Webpack optimization and continuous improvement of the user experience.
• Contribute to deployment and monitoring in AWS (CloudFront, CloudFormation).
• Act as a mentor, promoting the growth of other developers and solving technical challenges with leadership and clear communication.
