Role Requirements:

• Portfolio that demonstrates visual design skills, logical reasoning, creative thinking, & attention to detail

• Solid understanding of UI/UX patterns and best practices for responsive web and desktop applications

• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment

• Experience designing products in startup environments, especially from MVP to scale

• Experience driving design projects from concept to delivery, aligning with both user needs and business objectives

• Experience working on AI-driven features or tools

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments

• Deep expertise in interaction design, usability principles, and design systems

• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping

• Strong experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Experience working with AI prototyping tools and/or integrating AI into product design

• Understanding of data structures, databases, and business dashboard design principles
