Scrum Master with Azure DevOps

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile practices, excels at team facilitation, and brings a proactive mindset to continuous improvement. Experience with Azure DevOps is essential, as is the ability to operate across multiple teams and stakeholders within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and protect teams from external interruptions to ensure maximum focus and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization.
• Apply and adapt Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe based on team and organizational needs.
• Track team performance using key Agile metrics and provide actionable insights to improve delivery.
• Mentor team members and leaders on Agile principles, roles, and responsibilities.
• Drive effective cross-team coordination and manage dependencies.
• Ensure transparency and flow of information across all levels of the organization.
  
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery methodologies.
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for backlog management, tracking, and reporting.
• Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in scaling Agile practices and driving Agile maturity across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level Agile transformations is a strong advantage.
