About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SRE/DevOps) to strengthen our reliability, scalability, and developer experience. This isn’t a traditional sysadmin role – we’re after someone with a software engineering background who can design, build, and run systems at scale.
You’ll focus on Azure infrastructure, automation, and observability, while also writing code and collaborating with product teams to make our systems more reliable and performant.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SRE/DevOps) to strengthen our reliability, scalability, and developer experience. This isn’t a traditional sysadmin role – we’re after someone with a software engineering background who can design, build, and run systems at scale.
You’ll focus on Azure infrastructure, automation, and observability, while also writing code and collaborating with product teams to make our systems more reliable and performant.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across production environments
- Build automation for monitoring, alerting, deployments, and incident response
- Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventive improvements
- Design infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to balance feature delivery with stability
- Write and review code to support tooling, infrastructure, and product reliability
- Experience with Azure and cloud-native services
- Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Solid programming background (Node.js/TypeScript, C#, Python, or similar)
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience with distributed systems, load testing, or chaos engineering
- Familiarity with microservices, TDD, or frontend basics (React, HTML/CSS/JS)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices
