We’re a startup — which means things move fast, priorities shift, and not everything is perfectly defined. It can feel a little chaotic at times. That’s why we’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Medior level) who’s mentally tough, resourceful, and thrives in this kind of environment.

We don’t need someone who waits for perfect specs or polished processes. We need someone who’s hands-on, independent, and eager to turn problems into working solutions. If you like figuring things out, rolling up your sleeves, and having a direct impact, this is the place for you.

Your Role:

• Build and maintain features end-to-end (front + back)
• Turn vague ideas into concrete, usable solutions
• Work closely with the CEO, CPO, and Solution Architect to align tech with business needs
• Proactively suggest improvements and challenge the status quo
• Ensure code quality and reliability, even when things move fast
• Stay calm under pressure and find pragmatic solutions in a messy environment

We won’t pretend we have everything neatly structured or all the answers figured out. What we can promise is a challenging, dynamic environment where you’ll have freedom, responsibility, and the chance to shape what we’re building from the ground up.

- Qualifications

Profile

• 3+ years in Web App Development, with proven medior-level experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and at least one major front-end framework (Vue.js/Nuxt, Angular, or React)
• Experience with Node.js
• Skilled in SQL database design and optimization
• Comfortable participating in code reviews and sharing feedback with peers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
• Fluent in French & English (daily communication in both languages)
• Adaptable and comfortable juggling varied responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Express.js/NestJS, Nuxt, Docker, AWS
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
