Position: Project Manager
Responsabilities:
- Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget…)
- Ensure resources availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Monitor project deliverables
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to reduce project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Act as a leader and as a coach to your project team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management or Business
- 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
- Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
- Proactivity
- Autonomy
- Languages:
- Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
- Dutch is an asset
