Full-timeRemote FriendlyEngineering, Information Technology

We are building advanced computer vision systems to map and monitor forest growth over time.

This is production-level ML/CV work with real environmental impact.

Technical requirements

Essential skills

  • 3+ years of computer vision or deep learning experience
  • Strong Python proficiency with production-level code
  • Experience with PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
  • Understanding of 3D geometry, point clouds, and depth sensing
  • C++ knowledge for performance-critical components
  • Cloud computing and parallel processing experience

Additional valuable experience

  • Stereometric camera systems
  • SLAM, visual odometry, or 3D reconstruction
  • Forest/agricultural tech or environmental monitoring
  • Real-time video processing pipelines
  • CUDA programming for GPU acceleration

The environment

  • Small, focused team with global clients portfolio
  • You own the entire CV/ML stack independently
  • Direct impact on product direction and technical architecture
  • Prototype-to-production development cycle
  • Modern tech stack with freedom to choose best tools

Work arrangement

  • Based in Tallinn, Estonia
  • Flexible remote work with 2 office days weekly
  • Full-time position
  • Competitive salary for Estonian market

Why this role stands out

  • Cutting-edge computer vision applied to climate tech
  • Full ownership of complex technical domain
  • Work with unique multi-sensor data streams
  • Solve genuinely hard problems (outdoor 3D reconstruction is notoriously difficult)
  • Direct environmental impact through forest monitoring

We need someone who can dive deep into computer vision research papers, implement state-of-the-art algorithms, and optimize them for production use. If you are excited by the challenge of making machines truly understand forest environments, let us talk.
