We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our AI transformation program for a leading telecom operator. This is a unique opportunity to work on LLMs, Agentic AI, and telecom-specific automation use cases.
- Assess AI maturity across operations, applications, and data ecosystem.
- Contribute to a 3-Year AI & Agentic AI Roadmap.
- Design telecom AI use cases (value, feasibility, agent hierarchies, orchestration).
- Help deliver 2operational AI Agents (e.g., ticket triage, alarm correlation, incident resolution).
- Analyze data, build ML models, and validate KPIs (accuracy, speed, efficiency).
- European citizen (mandatory).
- Degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, and multi-agent AI systems.
- Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with telecom operations (OSS/BSS, network automation) is a big plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Work on a high-visibility AI transformation program.
- Hands-on exposure to state-of-the-art LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with international AI and telecom experts.
- Competitive contract terms aligned with European market standards.
