We are partnering with a leading Australian brand known for its innovative approach in retail and digital experiences. As they continue to expand their digital footprint, they’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to elevate the user experience across mobile apps and in-store digital platforms.
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will design seamless, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and retail platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive customer journey. You will lead the design of digital experiences from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for mobile and retail platforms.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Mentor junior designers and help drive design best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in UX/UI design, with strong experience in mobile and retail.
- Proven portfolio of work showcasing mobile and retail design projects.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading design teams is a plus.
