We are now looking for a Specialist, Employee Life Cycle Services for our People & Culture team.Our People & Culture team contributes to business success by supporting talent development, acquisition, culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, new ways of working, performance, rewards, and well-being. The team also provides operational support for managers and employees globally, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive environment.
This position is located in Tampere or other Kemira location in Finland ( Äetsä, Joutseno, Oulu, Pori, Helsinki, Espoo) , and you have flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing employee life-cycle processes, including working hours and absences.
- Providing support to employees and managers in employment-related questions and issues.
- Coordinating and administering employee benefits.
- Coordinating and participating in the recruitment process.
- Being a heavy user of human resources systems (SAP SuccessFactors and Nepton).
- Payroll cooperation.
- Supporting People & Culture related purchase requests and invoice handling.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources or People & Culture operations and management with a relevant university degree.
- Collaborative working style, emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish.
- Strong drive for continuous improvement and determination to finalize tasks on time with a high-quality mindset.
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing organizations with various working time arrangements and applying collective agreements is an advantage.
