The Job
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a permanent basis based out of our Idstein offices.
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in actively supporting our HR team with exciting projects whilst having the encouragement to bring fresh ideas to the table. You will provide generalist HR support that will include the following;
- Guide our employees through onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support with Employee Relations actions
- Act as a main point of contact for our colleagues in Idstein across various HR queries
- Coordinate and manage the company pension plan plus accidental insurance
- Utilize our modern HR systems for personnel controlling, time tracking, and leave management.
- Provide local Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition COE
The Person
- Languages – Fluent German and Professional English
- Strong self-organization skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new topics, projects, and systems.
- Enjoys working with people and is not shy in social or team settings.
- Willingness to work outside their comfort zone.
- Courage to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in English.
