Data Analyst - Operations | Utility Company | West Dublin

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to our clients Analyst team in this newly created role.
You will play a vital role in analyzing key/large accounts across the Group, identifying trends, opportunities and risks, that will inform business decisions for the better.
The Job:
Working closely with the Senior Leaders and other non-finance senior stakeholders in the company you will:
- Become an expert on our key accounts: Maintain meticulous records, analyze profitability, and identify areas for improvement to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Lead the charge on mass pricing changes: Manage the entire process, from conception to implementation, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution.
- Sharpen our financial edge: Assist with budgeting, analyze monthly revenue, and prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Become a data wizard: Interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring the accuracy and organization of our financial records.
- Collaborate effectively: Build strong relationships with key/large customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing excellent support and clear communication.
The Person:
- A proven track record: Ideally 3 years+ of experience in a similar role, with a strong foundation in Excel, Data Analysis and any other leading tools and analytics platforms.
- Business acumen: A keen understanding of commercial principles and the ability to connect with external stakeholders.
- Organizational superpower: Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication maestro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Results-oriented: A self-starter who can work independently and deliver under pressure, meeting deadlines consistently.
The Offer:
This is a full time, Permanent job based out of our South West Dublin office. The exact salary will be made commensurate with experience but expect €40,000 - €45,000 base salary + package and excellent career growth prospects.
