Are you passionate about turning patient and clinical data into insights that improve the way trials are planned and executed?
We are seeking a Health Data Insights Manager to join a global pharmaceutical leader. In this role, you will leverage patient-level data (EHR/EMR, claims, TriNetX, and related platforms) to generate actionable insights that enhance feasibility assessments and optimize clinical trial delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret patient datasets to support feasibility and trial planning.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver insights that influence decision-making.
- Ensure all outputs meet compliance, audit, and quality standards.
- Recommend and implement process improvements using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML.
- Stay current with emerging trends in health data science and apply innovative techniques.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in pharma/biotech, data science, or clinical analytics.
- Hands-on experience with patient data (EHR/EMR, claims, coding systems).
- Knowledge of feasibility studies, clinical trial recruitment, or predictive modeling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, Life Sciences, Statistics, or related discipline.
