Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the management of a portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on Cyber Security. The role will ensure projects are delivered in line with PMO standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects, primarily in Cyber Security.
• Deliver projects in line with PMO policies and procedures.
• Define goals, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Track progress, manage RAID logs, and produce regular project reports.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with Change Management and Quality Assurance standards.
• Manage stakeholder and sponsor expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Contribute to process improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in IT Project Management or related field.
• PRINCE2 certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ IT Project Management experience (development, data management, or security projects an advantage).
• Agile project delivery experience desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and schedules.
• Skilled at managing multiple workstreams and coordinating teams.
• Proficient in O365, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Office.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, and solution-focused.
• Effective team player and leader.
