Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the management of a portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on Cyber Security. The role will ensure projects are delivered in line with PMO standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects, primarily in Cyber Security.
- Deliver projects in line with PMO policies and procedures.
- Define goals, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate resources across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Track progress, manage RAID logs, and produce regular project reports.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with Change Management and Quality Assurance standards.
- Manage stakeholder and sponsor expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews.
- Contribute to process improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in IT Project Management or related field.
- PRINCE2 certification.
- Minimum 3 years’ IT Project Management experience (development, data management, or security projects an advantage).
- Agile project delivery experience desirable.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and schedules.
- Skilled at managing multiple workstreams and coordinating teams.
- Proficient in O365, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Office.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, decisive, and solution-focused.
- Effective team player and leader.
