Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks and Virtual Infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers, storage, and network devices.
- Maintain and optimize Windows and Linux server environments.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
- Document network and system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and support.
- 3+ years of experience in network and systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.
- Full driver’s license (Travel required).
