Backend Engineers at Grape collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design, develop, and implement backend functionalities for our web-based products, ensuring seamless operation. Our Engineers regardless of their position, have the freedom to explore ideas and influence the company's roadmap and vision.

As a Backend Engineer At Grape You Will

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design, develop and implement backend features for our web-based product
• Build and maintain integrations with our customers' system
• Shape the technical architecture and DevOps of our platform
• Define technical requirements and contribute to the product roadmap alongside the team
• Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, preferably for fast-scaling SaaS products
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with GraphQL or REST APIs
• Experience with integrating APIs from third-party providers
• Familiarity with continuous integration practices and testing methodologies
• A demonstrated commitment to write clean, secure, organized, and thoroughly documented code
• Strong knowledge of relational databases
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
