The Opportunity

Looking for a Business Analyst who gets excited about turning complex business problems into solutions that improve people's lives. You'll be working with a US-based property management company, helping them amidst an ambitious growth strategy to optimize everything from tenant onboarding to maintenance workflows.

This is a 1-year contract (with potential extension) where you'll ship things that matter, because they're built with thoughtful consideration for the human experience in mind.

⚡ What You'll Actually Do

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions that make IT transformation more understandable and engaging
• Navigate ambiguity like a pro – we work in fast-moving environments where "figuring it out" is part of the job
• Bridge the gap between "this is broken" and "this is fixed"

💪 Must-Haves

• Available 40 hours/week with flexibility for US East Coast hours (some meetings until 22:00 Riga time)
• Highly organized and communicative – we're talking daily updates, proactive problem-solving
• Comfortable working collaboratively (if you prefer solo work for days at a time, this isn't your role)
• Detail-oriented without being a perfectionist – we ship, iterate, improve
• Based in Latvia and eligible for Microenterprise Tax registration

✨ Nice-to-Haves

• Client delivery experience (consulting, agency, or similar)
• Built or designed automation solutions before
• App development background (Next.js, Python) – not required but definitely cool

The Deal

• Contract Structure: This role is for independent contractors operating under Latvia's Microenterprise Tax regime. You'll invoice us monthly. You don't already have to be one to become one.
• Compensation: Up to €40,000 annually, based on experience
• Leave: 20 days flexible
• Innovation Budget: For learning, experimenting, and staying sharp
• Remote First: Work from anywhere
• Limited Travel: Mostly remote, maybe an occasional team meetup or trip
