Responsibilities
- Take part in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects - assessment, planning, implementation, migration, and maintenance.
- Set up and configure solutions according to requirements, advise, and consult involved parties and clients.
- Assist existing and potential customers to understand technology challenges, implement new solutions, and maintain existing ones.
- Work in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity assessment projects and prepare assessment reports.
- Support customers and help with resolving their submitted tickets.
- Perform customer training.
- Lead workshops for customers.
- Explore new solutions and possibilities to develop the customer’s IT environment with the alignment of customers’ necessities and our possibilities.
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a computer systems administrator or in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of managing Windows workstations and Windows servers, good understanding of Microsoft cloud services (M365 and Azure), and networking principles.
- Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies.
- Customer requirement analysis, ability to present and communicate effectively with IT system administrators, IT managers, and other involved parties during the implementation stage.
- Full professional proficiency in Latvian and English.
- IT project management skills and experience working with clients will count as an advantage.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity will count as an advantage.
- Higher education in the field of IT, or in a related field, will count as an advantage.
