The Financial Systems Administrator & Analyst will be a key resource in FIXAR’s ERP migration project from QuickBooks Online and 1C to Zoho ERP, ensuring a smooth transition across all FIXAR legal entities. Post-implementation, this role will become the primary system administrator, responsible for maintaining system architecture, enabling seamless multi-entity operations, and ensuring compliance with fiscal, tax, and statutory requirements in all jurisdictions where FIXAR operates.

This position will also play a critical role in corporate financial data consolidation, supporting the Finance department in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enabling business intelligence and predictive analytics.

Exact duties and responsibilities:

• Lead ERP migration project: data migration, process mapping, and testing from QBO and 1C into Zoho ERP.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to ensure all business processes are properly installed and functional in the new ERP.
• Configure, manage, and maintain ERP architecture across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Develop and enforce integrations with fiscal/tax accounting systems and local reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain corporate data consolidation framework: central database normalization, data export, and reporting.
• Support Finance with consolidated reports for planning, budgeting, forecasting, BI dashboards, and predictive models.
• Ensure system security, access rights, and audit-readiness for all users.
• Train end-users and create ERP user guides and process documentation.
• Act as the first-line support and liaison between internal teams and Zoho (and other ERP consultants).

Preferred profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in financial systems administration or ERP consulting.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or similar) is an asset.
• Experience in aerospace, technology, or manufacturing sectors desirable.
• Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to bridge finance and IT.

Experience:

• ERP systems expertise: Proven experience with Zoho ERP (implementation and administration strongly preferred), plus working knowledge of QBO, 1C, or other major ERPs.
• Accounting knowledge: Solid grounding in U.S. GAAP, IFRS.
• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
• Hands-on experience in systems integration, including tax reporting adapters, API-based integrations, and BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture and how to map/configure business processes into ERP platforms.
• Competence in data management: cleansing, migration, normalization, and export for consolidation/reporting purposes.
• Experience leading ERP migration or transformation projects in multi-entity organizations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL/BI tools is a plus.
