As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a mid-to-senior level Data Analyst . You’ll play a key role in tackling the data challenges of our rapidly growing business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver insights and build dashboards on marketing channel effectiveness and product performance to drive strategic decisions;
• Measure ROI and performance across marketing channels, including influencer partnerships, PPC campaigns, social media campaigns, and SEO initiatives;
• Build attribution models to accurately track customer acquisition;
• Model marketing and product event data using dbt to create analysis-ready datasets;
• Analyze product usage patterns, feature adoption, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.

• Google BigQuery for storage and warehousing;
• Dbt for data modeling;
• Grafana for visualization;
• Stitch for data synchronization;
• Amplitude for product analytics;
• Growthbook for A/B testing.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a data-focused marketing or product analytics role, including SQL and data modeling experience;
• Experience with user event data and marketing attribution modeling;
• Advanced SQL experience;
• Dbt, SQLMesh or Dataform experience;
• Experience with any of the common visualization tools, like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Lightdash, or Metabase;
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.

Bonus Points For

(Not required, but nice to have!)

• A/B testing experience;
• Python experience;
• Experience with API integrations for analytics (REST APIs, authentication, and structured data ingestion from 3rd party platforms);
• Experience with gaming/entertainment analytics;
• Passion for video games and gaming culture.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is 3500–6500 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience level.
