PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Senior AI Engineer (m/f/d). What if it was you?  


Your mission: As part of our Data Innovation team, we’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). In this role you will assist in building and structuring our internal AI Services Catalog, working closely with product and engineering teams to design and integrate practical AI-powered solutions.  

 
Be part of our team where you will:  

• Assist in developing a structured catalog of AI services and defining roadmaps for adoption.  
  
• Work closely with AI product managers and business teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. 
  
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, developers and product managers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing technologies.  
  
• Develop and test proof-of-concepts to validate AI use cases.  
  
• Package and expose AI capabilities through APIs or cloud-native services.  
  
• Build and fine-tune NLP pipelines and Gen-AI based services using LLMs and retrieval-based architectures (RAG).  
  
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM  ecosystems (e.g., new RAG architectures, open-source models, vector stores, and cloud-native AI tools).  
  
  
  
  
  

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML or a related technical field.  
  
• Some experience or coursework in building NLP applications.  
  
• Knowledge about cloud services, more particularly Azure with Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search.  
  
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain and LLamaIndex.  
  
• A willingness to learn and explore prompt engineering.  
  
• An understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
  
• Experience with Terraform (must-have).
  
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks (considered a plus).
