We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client's team.

This role will be central to ensuring projects are delivered on time, with quality, and in full alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, monitor timelines, and adjust plans as needed during execution.
• Lead regular project meetings, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and alignment with stakeholders.
• Drive clear communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and communication methods to support efficient program execution.
• Monitor and manage the customer project pipeline, identifying risks, conflicts, and bottlenecks while supporting prioritization with Sales, IT, Product Development, and Project Management leads.
• Act as a trainer and first point of contact for project management tools, supporting team members in their day-to-day needs.
• Conduct problem-solving and lessons-learned workshops, turning findings into concrete improvement actions.
• Provide data-driven reporting on project status, risks, and performance, with actionable proposals for continuous improvement.
• Perform data management and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.
• Maintain and enhance existing processes, tools, and communication channels around program implementation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Asana).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to capture lessons learned and apply best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential; knowledge of Power BI or AI-based tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
