Company

Our client is an industrial group based in the north of Luxembourg and operating in several countries. We are looking for a System Engineer - Microsoft 365 to join the IT department.

Position

Integrated within the IT department (around 15 people), you will contribute to the management of workstations and the administration of network and security infrastructure across multiple European sites.

• Managing and maintaining client workstations (Windows, Mac, iPad) and office and industrial printing devices ;
• Deploying, configuring, and managing workstations using Microsoft Intune (security policies, updates, Autopilot) ;
• Administering and providing support for the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint) ;
• Contributing to the evolution and improvement of Microsoft 365 platform administration ;
• Implementing network security rules based on Fortinet solutions (FortiGate firewalls, VPN, segmentation, filtering) ;
• Participating in the design and implementation of IT security policies ;
• Creating and updating procedures and documentation ;
• Monitoring and optimizing the availability and performance of end-user systems ;
• Managing IT assets and keeping the inventory up to date ;
• Providing Level 2 technical support and assisting the Level 1 support team as needed.

Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems and Networks or an equivalent professional qualification ;
• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in related roles ;
• You have proven experience in system administration and managing end-user environments ;
• You are skilled in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Fortinet solutions, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, VBScript) and have knowledge of network routing and switching ;
• You are proficient in both French and English ;
• You are able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team ;
• You are willing to travel to provide support at European sites.
