As part of our strategic expansion in the Benelux region, Midea is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Home Appliances. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the product portfolio while supporting the local Sales team to maximize sales opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the product portfolio, pricing strategy, documentation, and GTM for the Home Appliance category
• Conduct market and customer needs analysis to support the development of new product offerings, including pricing and distribution strategies
• Plan volumes and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Maintain and update internal databases and systems
• Plan and conduct training sessions for both employees and customers to enhance product understanding and engagement
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, as well as international subsidiaries and distribution partners

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Technical Studies, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the Home Appliance or Consumer Durables sector
• Proven ability to lead and implement complex projects with strong project management skills
• Skilled in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations in English
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an international environment, working effectively across diverse functions including Purchasing, R&D, and Sales
• Results-oriented and consumer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in product management within retail chains is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English
