We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to spearhead our collaboration efforts and expand our strategic network. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying opportunities, building and nurturing long-term partnerships, and strengthening our ecosystem presence in Web3.

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies aimed at driving business growth through high-value partnerships and enhanced customer outcomes.
• Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with the company’s long-term vision and business objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and evolving partner needs.
• Ecosystem Promotion: Champion the company’s products and services to potential partners, showcasing value for current and future collaborations.
• Pipeline Building: Identify and engage potential partners through research, networking, and outreach to expand the company’s market presence.

• Proven experience in partnerships, ecosystem growth, or business development within Web3.
• Track record of effective collaboration with leading Web3 ecosystems.
• Demonstrated connections and contributions to major Web3 ecosystems, including blockchain and DeFi protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, go-getter mindset- you thrive on outreach, follow-ups, and creating momentum.
• Confidence navigating the Web3 landscape and connecting authentically with founders, developers, and ecosystem builders.
• Excellent organizational skills- you can manage partnership pipelines, outreach campaigns, and CRM tools independently.
