Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve team productivity by delegating tasks effectively, managing performance, and offering actionable feedback for career development.
• Conduct technical discussions, drive architectural decisions, and contribute hands-on to bug fixes and small feature implementations.
• Manage the technical aspects of the product roadmap in close partnership with product teams.
• Align technical priorities with business goals by managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Must-have Skills

• At least 3+ years of managing mobile engineering teams, with proven success leading high-performing groups.
• Hands-on experience with mobile development technologies, such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android, or Swift and SwiftUI for iOS.
• Proficiency in data structures, system design, design patterns, and API design. Familiarity with MVP/MVVM architectures, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to drive technical decisions, manage project scope, and partner effectively with product teams.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• A full-stack background is highly desirable, with additional knowledge of cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, and other relevant technologies being a plus.
