Support all HR processes at Guess Europe HQ in all of their core activities with a focus on talent acquisition and administration tasks.

Core Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare and job post using appropriate channels (direct search, advertisements, external recruiting firm)
  • Provide support in CV screening and communication to candidates and involved hiring managers
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Manage onboarding activities, making sure that all key players are involved in a precise and timely manner

HR Administration & HR Controlling

  • Support in filing and updating employee records
  • Assist in preparing contracts and HR documents
  • Help with work permit processes and contact with local authorities
  • Support communication with external partners (AVS, insurance, etc.)
  • Assist employees with basic HR/admin requests and onboarding activities
  • Support in managing the attendance portal and keeping information updated
  • Collaborate with the HR Controlling team

HR Policies & Processes

  • Support in the review and preparation of the updated HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources Management or Economics)
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • High Flexibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded towards a multicultural environment
  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • A good team player
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential information
