Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the team’s deliverables
- Ensure high-quality, timely outputs aligned with the studio’s roadmap
- Uphold and promote engineering best practices
- Foster a strong culture of ownership and accountability within the team
- Actively collaborate with Product and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead agile ceremonies in line with the studio’s ways of working
- Support and encourage ongoing professional development within the team
- Cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement among team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in an Agile environment
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development (Java, C#, Unity, or JavaScript)
- Background in project or program management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident decision-maker, able to perform under pressure and work independently with Product Managers and business teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in game development
- Familiarity with B2C product development
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and environments
