Fullstack GenAI Engineer role - Industry-leading SaaS!

If you are an experienced software engineer with a wealth of experience in building powerful GenAI tools for real-world products, and want to do so from scratch, without the volatility of an early-stage startup, this one could be for you!

I'm working with an industry-leading SaaS company, whose Cloud-based product is at the forefront of global team collaboration and content sharing through a powerful but lightweight UI and a focus on security and scalability!

Having established themselves as a leader in this space, with a global customer base, they are in a fantastic position but see endless opportunity to continually optimize and evolve their product offering. Despite their international presence and enterprise-grade product, they retain a small company feel where everyone has an impact. Approx 40 people in the company, with a cross functional engineering team.

Now, they are looking to make major investments into AI, both strategically and financially, building cutting-edge agentic workflows and conversational AI agents which will transform their product.

As a senior engineer, you will;

• Build a brand new AI infrastructure from early stage, working across the full software development and AI lifecycle from experimentation and ideation to Cloud deployment at scale!
• Build new agentic workflows leveraging the most cutting-edge technologies
• Play a significant and driving role in accelerating their AI journey, working in close collaboration with senior leadership from both product and engineering to plan, strategize and define the technical roadmap!
• Work as part of a cross-functional and super talented engineering department. You'd work across the stack and so we think you come from a background in fullstack/backend software development.

Requirements:

• A senior software engineer with a wealth of experience in fullstack/backend development, with a strong focus on building GenAI tools for real-world products!
• Somewhat of a generalist and a big-picture thinker where you are able to define and drive the technical roadmap alongside the management.
• Experience with: LLMs, AgenticAI, RAG, AWS, IaaC, Microservices, Typescript/Javascript; NodeJS/Python/PHP
• Fluent English speaker
• Swedish citizenship or permanent residence, EU citizenship or full right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
