Position: Senior Fullstack (Java + Angular) - Dutch Speaking

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Type: Full time, Hybrid position - 2 to 3 days/week onsite

Technical and Soft Skills:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute to our high-impact projects. You will be involved in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced web applications that drive our seed business initiatives forward.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years in web application development using Java and Angular.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Framework and microservices architecture.
• Experience with RESTful, GRPC, and SOAP web services.
• Hands-on experience with database programming (Oracle, PL/SQL, DB2, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency with Docker for containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in Dutch (native level) AND English (at least C1 level)
• Candidates must be in European Union already and have EU Passport / work permit in a European Union country

Is a Plus:

• Experience with Apache Camel and CXF services.
• Knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Oracle 10g certification
• Knowledge of French (at least B1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Conduct in-depth functional and technical analysis to gather and document requirements.
• Design and develop core architecture components and building blocks from the ground up.
• Develop web applications using Java 17, J2EE, and Angular 17.
• Integrate frameworks such as Spring Boot, Core, MVC, AOP, and Security.
• Optimize existing solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide support to development and testing teams and ensure smooth delivery of system improvements.
