About the role
As a Creative Designer at T&P, you are a true creative hybrid—a conceptual thinker with a gift for visionary art direction, combined with an exceptional talent for hands-on design craft. You have a deep passion for bringing ideas to life visually, understanding that great design is the engine for effective and memorable communication. With a meticulous eye for detail and a love for typography, layout, and image-making, you will be the driving force behind the look and feel of our creative work, ensuring it is not only beautiful but also smart and impactful.
Given T&P’s nature as a creative, integrated brand, advertising, and media agency, this role requires a media-agnostic creator who can develop groundbreaking ideas and execute them flawlessly across a diverse range of platforms, from digital and social campaigns to experiential activations, print and brand identities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute stunning, high-quality visual assets—from storyboards and motion graphics to polished client presentation decks and brand identity systems.
- At times, lead the conceptual and design development for new campaigns and projects, from initial idea to final execution.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative Director, Strategists, other creatives such as Art Directors, Copywriters, and Media specialists, to transform insights into world-class creative work.
- Craft and present powerful visualisations, mock-ups, and prototypes that bring ideas to life and inspire clients.
- Actively explore and leverage emerging technologies, including generative AI tools, to push creative boundaries and enhance the design process.
- Uphold and elevate the standard of design craft within the agency, ensuring conceptual and visual excellence from start to finish.
Qualifications
- A diverse portfolio that clearly demonstrates your dual talent in both conceptual art direction and hands-on design execution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a creative or design role at a branding, advertising, or integrated agency.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., After Effects) is a strong advantage.
- A demonstrable interest and practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) in a creative context.
- A deep understanding of the modern communication landscape, with proven experience designing for social media platforms and digital ecosystems.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.
